NEEDS
Help!
We are planning on having a benefit dinner here in Campbell River,
on May 29, 2010 at 4:30 with doors opening at 3:30. We
are also looking for entertainers, individual
singers, and group singers, if you can be at the
benefit dinner, let us know, and/or if you want to
be a part of this planning process, let us know.
It will be a benefit dinner for a
man that needs your help. He has MS and he lost his
job, he has house mortgage, bills to pay, kids to
feed, and can't afford to get most of the medical
treatments. God has laid it on my heart to help
this man as much as we can, we are giving him 50.00
dollars a month towards his mortgage. It's not much,
it's helpful to him, and he needs your help! If you
can help too, let us know asap.
For the dinner, we are looking for
donations of:
-
Ham
-
potatoes
-
vegetables
-
dessert
-
coffee
-
tea
-
juice
-
paper plates
-
plastic utensils.
Let us know
if you can help. You can also register with us to let us know that
you want to be a part of the process and/or volunteer:
Registration
We also need a place to hold our dinner!
Let us know if you can help.
Car Update:
We now have a car, it's a 1990 Nissan
Sentra Coupe. We like to thank all those
that helped us through this process. We
also like to thank those people that
drove us around when we needed rides.
Someone said that they may have a car for us, will let you know if we do get
that car. Not sure what it is, but hopefully it's a standard.

I am looking
for a 4 cylinder, 5 stick shift vehicle, that is good on gas, and can handle
long distance driving.
My car broke down,
the engine mount broke, when I took it into Tyee Chev Old's for an oil
change that we got from the Welcome Wagon, and here's what Tyee said:
They checked the car
and said that the engine mount screws are shot, but it's the least of my
worry's, because right/rear park light and reverse light inoperative,
air cleaner is loose, vehicle stalls, battery leaks acid, windshield is
cracked, coolant leaks from lower rad hose to radiator connection,
various engine oil leaks present, and the worst is vehicle structure is
rusted out - vehicle is not safe to be on the road, and it's best to
take it off the road. Tyee Tech Team.
That's what I did is
took the car off the road, and now I'm looking for a car that is good on
gas, but prefer a 4 cylinder, 5 speed vehicle. If I don't get a vehicle
before Christmas morning to hand out Christmas gifts, I'll need someone
to drive me around along with my wife.
Other needs:

We
are looking for a generator. So if you can help us get a generator,
let me know.
